Relex™ Provides Innovative Business Concepts for Realtors® & Lawyers

A brand new service has Realtors® and Lawyers joining forces to revolutionize the way real estate is sold.

Relex™ connects Realtors® with Lawyers’ clients so they can work together throughout the entire real estate transaction. The concept is one that Relex™ founder Dean Witala has been utilizing in his own real estate business since 2009.

“Through my own business, I’ve seen the value of the increased clientele from Lawyers who I work closely with,” said Witala. “I realized that there are plenty of other Realtors® out there who could probably benefit from utilizing this system.”

At the end of the day, Relex™ Lawyers’ clients are receiving great, one-stop service from two professionals for the price of one.

But it’s not just Realtors® who benefit by using the Relex™ system. In exchange for the increase in clientele, Relex™ Realtors® and Lawyers sign an Engagement Agreement, with a fee arrangement allocating the transaction costs which total the amount of a typical full service Realtor™ commission. The revenue a Relex™ Lawyer receives from a real estate transaction–which is included within the transaction fee–is typically many times more than the average fee collected. Witala added that having a Lawyer involved early on in the real estate transaction can minimize the risk of problematic or invalid contracts.

At the end of the day, Relex™ Lawyers’ clients are receiving great, one-stop service from two professionals for the price of one. They are also given the promise of independent representation and undivided loyalty, which takes away potential conflicts of interest.
